This office building is conceived to be a twin with its neighboring tower as both are developed by the same owner. As such they share some common expressions. There are in both strong horizontal lines running across the whole of the facade with protruding box-like features as counterpoints and at the base a rather solid expressions in metal claddings.

The similarity ends here when the new building’s wide front served to maximize view towards the open park begins to curve at some point to add interest to the facade where it matters and to act as continuous wrapping around until it meets the solid elevator core at the back.

Both entrances, vehicular and pedestrian are located at the rear. The entrance lobby with a large glass front becomes highly visible and identifiable especially when it is expressed as part of the elevator core which dressed in metal panels is the only truly vertical element in the design. The wrapping of the glass curtain wall on the other side morphs into interlocking forms to become a statement of interest at the very exposed corner.
